International Womens Day 2025

On Friday June 7th, International Women's Day, five of our student leaders accompanied by our Campus Principals attended the Moonee Valley City Council International Women's Day Breakfast at the Clocktower Centre in Moonee Ponds. Panellists Judy Maddigan (first female speaker of the house, Victorian Parliament), Julie Kun (Acting CEO of Women with Disabilities Victoria), Ifrin Fittock (CEO of Sisterworks), and Joshua Smith (board member of No to Violence) gave candid and insightful responses to Mayor Ava Adams' questions. We are thankful to the Essendon North Rotary Club for hosting us. It was a fantastic opportunity for the girls who all represented the College well.
